Refund Policy

Services Not Completed within 12 Months: All treatments included in the treatment package must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. We will not be able to refund any portion of the unused treatment package unless there is a medical reason that prevents you from completing the treatment. If there is a medical reason you are unable to complete the package within 12 months, such as surgery, serious medical illness or condition, we will refund you for the individual value of each uncompleted treatment from your treatment package.

Unsatisfactory Results: Regenerative medicine procedures are experimental in nature, with variable outcomes depending on the individual. The patient is expected to follow the protocol for optimal results, which may include recommendations from the physician for adjustments to a potentially inflammatory diet, weight loss, adjustment to exercise regime, and nutritional supplements. Refunds are not granted based upon dissatisfaction with the outcome.

Services Not Rendered: A refund may be granted if the clinic is unable to provide the service promised within the given time period due to unforeseen circumstances.
